Shipping & Returns

Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to process your order. All orders submitted after 2 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends.

Shipping Time
All orders are processed via USPS Priority Mail, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note that shipping rates may change at any time due to carrier rate increases. Alaska and Hawaii shipping times may take longer.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, & Cancellations
For the safety of customers, all sales are final. After an order has been submitted, there will be no returns, no refunds, or exchanges. Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.

Damage, Defective or Missing Products
Upon arrival, please inspect the package. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or missing, please take photos and email us with details within 48 hours. We will provide the best solution soon as possible. Management reserves the right to refuse refunds, exchanges, or modifications.

Lost or Stolen Packages
TRU KONFIDENCE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address submitted on the order. Upon customer notification, TRU KONFIDENCE LLC will track the package and provide the customer with shipping carrier information to initiate an investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Information
TRU KONFIDENCE LLC is not responsible for any packages returned without prior notification, approval, and authorization. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address the customer provided on the order.

The customer will be held responsible for redelivery costs if the package was undeliverable or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if the customer failed to pick up package at pick-up location before the deadline.
